Report: program & pricing optional
Fills the plan, inclusions and pricing on the patient report (ROF). Leave the pricing blank and the report simply hides the pricing slide, no half-finished prices ever show a patient.
Your Stripe/checkout link. The "Pay upfront" button opens this. Leave blank to hide that button.
The pathways you offer, shown as a dropdown on each patient's report. e.g. "Decompression, Chiro" or "Rehab, Pilates, Clinical". Leave blank for Decompression, Chiro.
Score rubric optional
Your Score is five markers, each out of 20 (goal 80). Pick a preset, then edit any marker to match how you measure it, so you're not tied to kit you don't have. "No special equipment" swaps the roman-chair and dynamometer markers for floor/bodyweight versions.

Note: automatic scoring from Cliniko assumes the Shift default rubric, on a custom rubric you enter the five scores by hand. Changing the rubric after you've scored patients starts a fresh baseline.
